Male to Female Vaginoplasty is offered as a safe effective and economical option. To achieve more favorable price, aesthetic enhancements of the MAERCKS Sexual Reassignment Vaginoplasty are not performed including the structural fat transfer sculpting, labia majora and mons enhancement maneuvers and additional labia minora work. These enhancements can be performed at a later date if desired. These revisions may include adding depth, widening, tightening, treating pathological scars and very commonly aesthetic revision of the external appearance. MACIE style Labia Majora and minora refinement and structural fat grafting are commonly used.

Cold-Subfascial Breast Augmentation $15,000
The Cold-Subfascial Breast Augmentation was created by Dr. Maercks to provide an elegantly sloped and supported natural appearance without stigmata of surgery. This technique is particularly well suited to transgender females as it avoids the breast separation and bottoming out that is usually more evident in transgender augmentaitons.
Cold-Subfascial Breast Revision $15,000
Dr. Maercks commonly revises typical submuscular breast augmentations to the Cold-Subfascial Plane for patients who have the typical outcomes of submuscular placement such as bottoming out, wide separation of the breasts and muscular animation or "muscle jumping."

Dr. Maercks has mastered attaining surgical changes without incision and in many patients this nonsurgical approach may be all that is needed.

Male and female eye shapes and brow relationships are very different. Dr. Maercks carefully adjusts brow position, height and angle as well as upper and lower lid dimensions and angles to complement the patient's beauty without any additional scalp or hairline incisions. All work is completed through hidden eyelid incisions.
